Onboarding part II
Congratulations! Now that you've completed your Customer Onboarding, you are ready to get Certified and dive in deeper!
If you haven't registered yet to do this business, you can do so when you login to your back office (same place you did in the Customer on-boarding portal) and select 'register as a sales partner'. On the left side drop down menu. This process takes 24 hours as the office needs to verify you and set up your registration to do the business.
Some of you may have already done this at the time of purchase. In this case, you can login to your bigger back office which has the commission layout and certification at the top ( this means you already set up your unique USERNAME + PASSWORD at the time of purchase), your username will also be your website name and this information was emailed to you when you purchased and registered. It will be in your first email from SBS.

START HERE!
1. Login to your back office by clicking on the below button. You will want to become familiar with the practitioner / distributor back office where you will find everything you need to run your business including; media to share, your sales, downline team and commissions, resources, webinars, policies + procedures, forms, updates, newsletters- your entire business in one place. The sooner you know your way around the better!

Login to your back office at the top of the screen, you will find the link to the videos, once completed be sure to download your certification and add it to your healing space, socials and website!

5. Business Guide. Not sure where to set up your system, where to offer your healing and business? Nowadays there are so many options, and you want to make the best choice which works in your area, for your lifestyle and family. For example, if you live in the country with no community within 30 mins, you may a hard time offering it from your home and it might be best to be very active online or rent a shared space in town twice a week. Your business guide is to offer you ideas on how to get started, and how to evolve as needed. Remember - every market is unique, if it doesn't work - change it!
I first started offering PEMF therapy to my neighbours in my boy's treehouse in our backyard. This evolved to a strong online presence and a healing space in the jungle of Costa Rica. You never know where life and business will take you! Stay open to evolution, be unique and have fun in your business!
6. How to Place a PEMF System Order (2 Options)
✨ Preferred Method: Online Order (Fast + Simple)
Use the online ordering system as your first choice.
-Go to the Swiss Bionic Website and click ‘Order’ (top right) or ‘Join’ (bottom of the page)
both options will give your client the chance.
-Ensure they select you as their sponsor or use your personal link
so you receive credit for the referral and commission.
-The current pricing is displayed when you toggle the selected MAT online (either Hybrid with Far-infrared, or Standard without. Take time to review and choose the correct accessories.
🔐 Log in to your back office ahead of time to view the latest price list in case any changes have been made which is found, in detail, in the back office.
📄 Secondary Option: Order Form Submission
-Download the PEMF order form from your back office (also found below, choose correct country of where we are registering the client. Shipping Country can be different from registration Country. For example; those residing in Costa Rica can register here but have their system shipped to a friend's house in the US.
-Pre-fill your client’s system and accessory choices, then send them the form to complete their personal info, including credit card details and signature.
-Make sure both pages are signed and dated, and email the form to the correct office listed, and CC your up-line sponsor.
If your client decides to become a distributor, use the info from the form to register them online under ‘Join’ or ‘Order’, or put in the request to the office when you submit their order form and the office will create a temporary Username + Password which your client can change later.
💡 Tip: Always double-check order selection to ensure your client ordered the correct items to avoid errors, and reach out to your up-line if you need guidance — they’re here to support you as you learn!
7. YOU are now officially a SPONSOR - Both a PEMF Therapy Practitioner + Distributor. A business owner!
This also means you have a responsibility to support your customers and downline in navigating their own back office, using their system, questions they have, caring for their equipment (especially the proper way to FOLD and set up their MAT and equipment). We receive generous compensation from the company for sharing the product, but this means we are also the business in it's entirety from selling the systems, to setting it up with our clients (either in person or virtually) assisting them if they need to open a support ticket and when they have questions, even years down the road, you are their sponsor and are expected to help. This results in the highest level of customer service, because we are the customer service (to the best of our ability) and has been proven to be the best business model for this type of entrepreneurship -- real relationships can develop which leads to more customers, word of mouth and a business that reaches across borders. When it comes to your health, there is no better peace of mind than having a real life person there to guide you every step of the way. And we get to be that.
