Welcome to ONBOARDING
If you are interested in being a PEMF Practitioner, you must begin here, as we are all customers first and must learn the technology, our systems and gain confidence before we begin treating others, selling systems and supporting a downline. Once you've gone through this section there will be a checklist to complete before moving on to the Practitioner's Portal.
Getting Started
1. Login to your back office by going to the Swiss Bionic Website - top right hand corner - choosing 'support'. You will need your customer ID to log in. This section is designed to help you become more familiar with the manuals, resources, videos to help you answer any questions you may have, especially when you are just getting to know your system.
You can find your Customer ID number on your invoice which came in paper form with your system. If you don't have it or can't find it, you can choose 'forgot customer ID' on the bottom and enter your email address. You will receive an email with your customer ID. Keep this handy for future access.
In this video, I guide you through our customer onboarding portal for Swiss Bionics Solutions, where you'll find essential manuals and information to maximize your system's potential. I share my personal experiences with the Omnium One Complete Set and the Hybrid Prime, highlighting the importance of having backup components and the flexibility of our support system, which is available worldwide. I encourage you to explore the Fast Start programs and familiarize yourself with the various modalities, including PEMF therapy and brain entrainment. If you encounter any issues, please open a support ticket through the portal, as this helps us keep everything organized. I invite you to reach out if you have questions or need assistance as you embark on this journey.

I invite you to explore all the tabs listed here. You will find that (almost) everything you are looking for or need answers to can be found under 'flyer' and 'manuals'. If you have taken the time to read and explore these resources and still can't find the answer, please reach out to your up-line (person you purchased your system through) as they will be happy to help and guide you. In the rare case the up-line doesn't know the answer, we together, will contact the office we received your system from to get the information. There is a lot of support and we all want you to feel supported and confident on your healing journey!
Bookmark this link to your desktop and phone Home Screen for easy access whenever you need. If you are already registered to do the business, your link will be to the back office, using your Username + Password you created at the time of registration.
Login like you would as mentioned above. You will see a drop-down menu with the options to view a previously opened ticket or start a new one.

Tip: Always place the full body mat on a firm surface only—like the floor, a rug, yoga mat, massage table, or firm cot. Avoid soft surfaces like couches or mattresses, as they can bend the internal coils and cause damage. This may lead to an error message and require a replacement mat. Trust me—you don’t want to learn this the hard way!
How to create daily protocols to follow and make it a part of your daily routine:
For specific ailments, you can follow the iguide in the back office for daily recommendations up to 4 times a day.
You will find a session for the Morning - Afternoon - Evening - Night for all 3 applicators.
Remember - this is only a GUIDE, not set in stone. Play around, see what feels good, what fits best into your lifestyle.
Make necessary changes as you go. Try out for a fast start program!
Have fun with your healing and get creative, there are lots of different ways to use our systems.
Consistency is Key when it comes to healing! You can't go to the gym once and expect lasting results.
Deepen your relationship with your system - use it daily + stay hydrated!
3. Connect Yourself! Join the Good Vibrations Group on WhatsApp which is mainly for customers/PEMF System Purchasers (we have a separate one for those who wish to do the business). This group is for Updates, Communication, Testimonials and Studies, Customer Questions, Celebrations and Shares! Subscribe to the recommended channels and resources to learn more from others who have been using PEMF therapy for years. This will help you to understand the science and make sense of all the information you are absorbing. It will all seem less foreign soon, I promise! The more you understand this technology, the more you can pour into your own healing, receiving deeper and faster results!
